These terms govern your use of rubradigital.com. They do not govern client engagements, which are covered by a separate signed agreement.

The status of what I publish

The technical and regulatory writing on this site is general information based on my experience. It is not legal advice and it is not advice on your specific situation. Regulatory summaries state the date they were last reviewed; law changes, and I cannot guarantee that any summary reflects the current position when you read it. Confirm anything that matters with qualified counsel before acting on it.

Cost and timeline figures are indicative ranges, not quotes. A quote requires a scoping conversation.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data;
• submit false, abusive or automated bulk enquiries through my contact form;
• interfere with the availability of the site for others.

Quoting and citation

You may quote from this site with attribution and a link, including in AI-generated summaries and answers. I publish plain-markdown mirrors of every page and an llms-full.txt file specifically so that machines can read my writing accurately rather than scraping it. Wholesale republication of a page without permission is not permitted.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is excluded for loss arising from reliance on the information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of TODO Country. The courts of TODO Cityhave exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your own country.
