Rizzrv: booking software for salons, restaurants and gyms

The problem

Salons, restaurants and gyms share the same operational core: a calendar that has to fill, clients who forget appointments, and staff who lose time on the phone. Most small businesses in this position juggle a paper diary, a phone and a messaging app, or pay for software built for much larger chains.

What Rizzrv does

A booking page per business, branded, with services, prices and real availability, ready in minutes and usable around the clock.

Reminders by email that cut no-shows without anyone having to remember to send them.

Google bookings, so clients can book straight from Google Search and Maps.

Industry-specific products on one platform:

• Rizzrv Beauty for salons, barbers, spas and studios.
• Rizzrv Dine for table reservations and online ordering on the restaurant’s own branded website.
• Rizzrv Fitness for class timetables with waitlists, a members area and QR check-in at the door.

One dashboard for bookings, customers and staff, in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone, with nothing to install.

Why it is in this portfolio

Rizzrv is workflow automation at product scale. The same questions drive every smaller project we take on: where does the time go, what gets lost between phone, paper and inbox, and what is the simplest system that fixes it. The platform is available in eight languages, from Portuguese and German to Polish and Romanian.
